Private gratitude journal

Good moments are harder to remember

Hard things stay on their own. Good ones have to be written down to have somewhere to come back to.

The Today screen: today’s question “Who listened to you today?”, recent posts and the week so far.

Your own way, or with guidance

Two ways to use the app. You can switch at any time, and nothing is lost.

My own way

You write when something good happens. No plan and no deadlines.

With guidance

You walk a path of 14 questions on one theme. The next question comes once you answer the one before, not from the calendar.

A reflection after step 7 and step 14

The path pauses, you read your own answers and see what keeps coming back.

The “More calm” path at step 4 of 14, with three answered steps and the reflections ahead.

Your entries stay with you

Entries are made and stay on your phone. It works even in airplane mode.

There is no account and no cloud

No sign-up, no sync. What you write has nowhere to leak.

Notifications without post content

You see the invitation, never your post.

Only you open this journal

With the Face ID lock on, the journal opens once your face is recognised.

Premium

Read your month

Writing is free forever. You pay for the reflection that shows what keeps coming back, never for the right to write.

The whole month summary, not one sentence.

“A year of gratitude” — all twelve months.

A year ago, on this day — the whole entry.

Reflections and steps 8–14 on a path.

The yearly plan starts with 7 days free. You cancel in the App Store whenever you want.

The August summary: “Relationships come back most often”, with three entries from the month.

The app is available in English and Polish. It is made by Dominik Woźniak at Arcadia, an independent iOS studio from Kraków, Poland.

Questions you might have

Is GratefulMe free?

Writing is free forever: unlimited entries, your whole history with search, life areas and the first 7 steps of a path in every theme. Premium adds the reflections, steps 8–14 and the full summary of your month and year.

Will my entries remain private?

Entries are made and stay on your phone. There is no account, no cloud and no sync, and notifications never show what you wrote. You can also lock the journal with Face ID.

Do I have to write every day?

No. There are no streaks and nothing resets. After a break you come back to the same step — nothing is lost.

What is a path?

A named series of 14 questions on one theme, such as “More calm” or “Closer to people”. You answer one at a time, at your own pace, and after step 7 and step 14 the path pauses for a reflection on your own answers.

Can I use GratefulMe without internet access?

Yes. Everything is stored on the phone, so it works even in airplane mode.

Which devices and languages does it support?

GratefulMe is an app for iPhone, available in English and Polish.
